4 starting points

These are starting points, and the final figure when the brief fits the base offer. Every project has its own constraints, calendar and distribution channels: the quote is built with you, after a first conversation.

24 h to a reply, working days
48 h to a detailed quote after the scoping call
2 rounds of changes included in the quote
6 months of rush archiving after delivery

The options

What a film costs

Four entry points, from a short format to a full set of deliverables. “From” means a floor: the quote is built around what you actually need. A film that still earns its keep next year does not cost the same as one that works once: same figure, two different budgets.

Short format

One shooting day, the edit, delivery in the formats your channels need. A statement to camera, a testimonial, a social capsule.

Scope a short format

From €1,800

Corporate film

Preparation, writing, 1 to 2 shooting days, edit and grade. The format for institutional video and employer brand.

Scope a corporate film

From €3,500

Full set of deliverables

Writing, several shooting days, a crew sized to the project, a version for every channel. For when one film is not enough.

Scope a full set

From €6,500

Live capture

Multi-camera, control position, redundancy, fast delivery. The figure depends on the venue, the number of cameras and the stream: it comes after the recce.

Extras

What gets added when the project calls for it

Nothing is automatic: each line appears on the quote because it serves the film, priced on the project, not off a rate card.

Optional extras and when they are justified
ExtraWhen it earns its place
Drone Aerial views of a site, a construction project, an event
Additional operator 2 locations at once, or vision mixing from 4 cameras up
Motion designer Animated graphics, infographics, titles
Extended archiving Rushes kept beyond the six months included
Cutdowns and subtitling Short versions, vertical formats, subtitles

How the quote is built

From the starting point to the real figure

3 variables account for the gap between the floor and the quote. They get measured in the first conversation.

Shooting time

Half a day on one site, or 3 days across 4 locations: the first line on the quote, the easiest to read.

The crew

On my own, or with a second operator, a sound engineer, a motion designer: every addition is named on the quote.

The deliverables

One film, or one film and 6 cutdowns: post-production follows the number of places the film has to live.

What the client pays for

What does your fee fund?

The eye and the work. I am independent: no investor, no shareholder, no structure to finance above the project. What you pay goes into the preparation, the shoot, the edit and the distribution, and into the person who handles them.

It is also why the person you deal with never changes between the quote and the delivery.

The terms

What the figures do not include

  • French VAT not applicable, article 293 B: nothing is added to the figures above
  • Travel and accommodation costed on the quote, before the assignment
  • Disbursements: specific equipment, filming permits, licensed music
  • A 30 % deposit on order, the balance on delivery, payable end of month
  • Written licence on the quote: duration, media, territories; nothing invoiced again after delivery
  • 2 rounds of changes included; beyond that, the hourly rate appears on the quote
  • Rushes archived for six months at no extra cost; extension costed on the quote
  • Rush track, delivery in 1 to 5 days: a 30 % uplift on post-production

Rates in force as of 25 August 2026. The quote fixes the figures for your project.
