One person accountable, from scoping to delivery
Independent director and audiovisual project lead. The person who scopes the brief in the meeting is the one who shoots it and the one who delivers it.
Background
A 2-year technical degree in audiovisual production, independent since 2020 in Lyon. Camera operator, director of photography, gaffer, editor, colourist. Around 40 clients, more than 150 videos, in France and abroad.
That route, one job at a time, makes it possible to answer for a whole project on my own, and to know what each person I bring in is doing when the setup grows.
How the work runs
No org chart between you and the camera: the person who listens to you is the one who frames, cuts and delivers. What is agreed in the meeting is what gets shot.
When the project calls for it, I build a team from technicians I know. They appear on the quote, by name.
